1) Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after:
- successful payment (full or advance)
- receipt of booking confirmation email / WhatsApp
- availability confirmation from our team
Varanasi Travelers reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to unavailability, pricing errors, or operational reasons.
2) Pricing & Payments
- Package prices are shown in INR unless mentioned otherwise.
- Prices may change during festival dates, peak season, or due to hotel / transport rate changes.
- Full payment may be required before trip start date.
- Some packages allow partial advance payment.
3) Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on package type and timing.
- Refund timelines may vary from 5–10 business days.
- Non-refundable bookings such as special events, flights, or VIP darshan services may not be eligible for refunds.
4) Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must:
- provide correct personal details
- carry valid ID proof
- reach pickup location o
